What Shop-OS is

Shop-OS is a Discord-integrated shop management platform for FiveM roleplay servers. It allows server operators to record sales, manage stock, and pay staff via Discord bot commands.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Shop-OS. By signing in you confirm you meet this requirement.

Authentication

Shop-OS uses Discord OAuth for authentication. You must have a Discord account to use the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Shop-OS for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed per Discord server. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase. You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund under UK consumer law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with reasonable notice except where immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UK consumer law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
